Submissions open Monday, October 19
Name your own lie. The form opens Monday, October 19, at 10 AM ET and closes Sunday, November 1, at 11:59 PM ET. Finish the sentence — I'm rejecting the lie that ___ — post it with #NameTheLie and #BurnItDownChallenge, and tag @burnitdowncampaign so the crew can find it, repost it and count it.
Twelve lies drop on Mondays
From Monday, November 2, a new lie drops every Monday at 10 AM ET, all the way to Monday, January 18, 2027. Twelve weeks, twelve lies. Each drop carries the number behind it, the source, and what to film. The Burn is Sunday, January 24.
Where the paper goes
Save both halves of the lie you rip. Mail them to Big Mother Energy HQ, 36 Coakley Avenue, Harrison, NY 10528 — postmarked by Monday, January 18, 2027 — or post your rip with #BurnItDownChallenge and we'll print it for the pile.
One vote per friend
When the naming closes on Sunday, November 1, the crew puts the finalist themes up. Vote with the link we email you — one vote per email address, up to three themes. Your vote shapes the twelve that drop.
